2. Vehicle Listings and Information

All vehicle listings on our website are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, vehicle specifications, pricing, availability, and options are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that any vehicle description, photograph, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

• Prices do not include tax, title, registration, or applicable fees unless explicitly stated
• All vehicles are subject to prior sale
• Mileage figures are accurate at time of listing but may change between updates
• Vehicle images may show optional equipment not included in the listed price

3. Service and Repair Terms

All service and repair work performed by Central Auto & Repair is subject to the following terms:

• All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Additional work beyond the original estimate requires customer approval before proceeding
• Diagnostic fees are non-refundable and will be applied toward approved repairs
• Vehicles left beyond 72 hours after completion notification may incur storage fees
• Warranty terms vary by service type and parts used — details provided with each repair order

4. Purchasing and Transactions

All vehicle purchases are subject to a final purchase agreement signed by both parties. No binding agreement exists until a signed purchase agreement is executed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to vehicle availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Deposits placed on vehicles are refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellation terms will be specified in your purchase agreement.

5. Financing and Credit Applications

Financing is provided through third-party lenders. Approval is subject to credit qualification and lender terms. Central Auto & Repair does not guarantee financing approval. Any pre-approval estimates provided are preliminary and non-binding.

By submitting a financing application, you authorize us to share your information with our lending partners for the purpose of obtaining credit approval.

6. Trade-In and Sell Your Car

Trade-in and vehicle purchase offers are subject to final inspection. Any offer provided online or via phone is an estimate only and may be adjusted based on in-person inspection of the vehicle's condition, mileage, history, and documentation.

• Trade-in offers are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated
• You must have clear title or payoff information to complete a trade-in or sale
• We reserve the right to decline any vehicle for any reason

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping services are arranged through third-party carriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Central Auto & Repair is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Vehicle condition upon delivery is documented. Any damage claims must be noted on the carrier's bill of lading at time of delivery.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to qualifying service work and vehicle purchases. Terms and conditions include:

• Service work guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles unless otherwise specified
• Vehicle purchase returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered
• Mileage limit of 500 additional miles from delivery for vehicle returns
• Full terms provided in purchase or service agreement

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Central Auto & Repair and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Central Auto & Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific vehicle or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Polk County, Iowa.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
